Les Paul was born in Waukesha Wisconsin and was an American jazz, country and blues guitarist and songwriter. He was also one of the pioneers of the solid-body electric guitar.This all made the sound of rock and roll possible.
The guitar murals located throughout downtown are hand painted by local artists. These murals vary in size and are a must to see and well as the 10 ft hand painted guitars.
This image was worked in Photoshop. First I tore the guitar mural and then inserted an image of an artist strumming their guitar. It was an interesting angle I had wanted to try and I was pleased with the results. I hope all enjoy this piece of history in Guitar Town,
Artist Bio/Statement Bio Deborah Klubertanz was born in 1962 in the state of Illinois. Purchasing her first camera at age 19 opened up her world to many possibilities. Portrait photography was her start into the photography world. Later Deborah would choose to photograph night cityscapes. Darkness through the view finder has opened up her creative inner self. Deborah's work can be seen at "The Grinde Cafe" in Racine County. Her work can also be viewed and purchased on her own web page. Deborah wants nothing more than to show her creativity in her photography and to open a gallery one day. She currently resides in Waukesha, Wisconsin and has the support of her best friend and husband, Paul and their three children in this...
