A gloomy day in the country side as I continued my quest to photograph rustic old barns that have that weathered and scruffy feel, a barn that had survived the toughest of times the last of its kind.
This warn out old barn caught my attention as I was exploring the country side in Southeastern Wisconsin on such a dreary day. This is a black and white HDR image with a splash of what little color was left. A depth of darkness surrounds the barn on this lifeless day, as the sun made its intermittent appearance.

Artist Bio/Statement Bio Deborah Klubertanz was born in 1962 in the state of Illinois. Purchasing her first camera at age 19 opened up her world to many possibilities. Portrait photography was her start into the photography world. Later Deborah would choose to photograph night cityscapes. Darkness through the view finder has opened up her creative inner self. Deborah's work can be seen at "The Grinde Cafe" in Racine County. Her work can also be viewed and purchased on her own web page. Deborah wants nothing more than to show her creativity in her photography and to open a gallery one day. She currently resides in Waukesha, Wisconsin and has the support of her best friend and husband, Paul and their three children in this...
